Lebanon’s tiger art project is finishing up phase 1 with the unveiling of seven painted statues. Last May, the city purchased 20 fiberglass tiger statues to be placed at various places as a way to generate civic pride. On Monday, the city unveiled seven tigers painted by area artists. The designs range from a tiger in swim shorts to one painted as a Dalmatian. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
