The Boone County Health Department has set their flue & Pneumonia vaccine schedule.

Adults only may get their vaccines during the Boone County Senior Health & Wellness Expo Saturday, October 7, 9am to 12pm. 

All ages may get their vaccines at the Boone County Health Department in the Boone County Office Building at 116 West Washington Street (rear basement), Lebanon, Tuesday, October 10, 3-6pm; Monday, October 30, 3-6pm and Monday November 13, 3-6pm. 

All ages may also receive vaccinations at the Zionsville Town hall at 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Wednesday, November 8, 3-6pm.

Flu shots are $30, high dose is $60, Pneumovax 23 is $105 and Prevnar 13 is $190.

Insurance accepted in-network with: Aetna, Anthem (includes Blue Cross), Anthem Medicaid HHW, Anthem Medicare, Cigna, Encore, Golden Rule, Humana, Medicaid MHS & HIP, Medicare, Sagamore, SIHO, Today’s Option, Traditional Medicaid & United Health Care (includes AARP). 

You must present insurance card at time of service. Also accepting cash, check or credit cards.

Boone County Health Department participates in the vaccines for children’s government program which provides vaccines for children who have no insurance coverage for vaccinations or who are current medicaid recipients.
