After months of negotiations, the Zionsville Town Council approved the Bradley Ridge planned unit development April 9. The plans include a luxury single-family home development accommodating 290 dwellings, preservation areas and a walking trail along Eagle Creek between U.S. 421 and C.R. 950 E.
