From the City of Lebanon Engineering Department the work on the Witt Road Bridge has experienced further delays, primarily due to a surveying error in the contractor’s construction staking of the project. City officials are all working on a plan to expedite road opening ahead of Bridge Completion. They are now forecasting a road opening sometime on the week of 8/29.
