No one is saying just what a Lebanon police officer did to be hit with child seduction charges. A special prosecutor is handling the case against Captain James Miller, and the prosecutor filed charges on Monday. Miller has been on suspension since September. He submitted his retirement paperwork on Sunday. In addition to the child seduction charges, prosecutors are moving ahead with a domestic battery case against Miller as well.
