Special Deputy Erica Essick
Special Deputies Boyd Martin and Erica Essick were sworn in to serve in a broader capacity within the Clinton County Sheriffs Department. Special deputies have distinct authority granted by the Sheriff, transporting of prisoners and arresting individuals on warrants. Special Deputies Martin and Essick are assigned to the Courthouse. Special Deputies must undergo annual training to maintain all of their certifications.
