The Board of Directors of Community Radio Partners operating RadioMom 91.1FM received the resignation of board member Edward Roehling at it’s Board of Director’s meeting Thursday, July 27, 2017.

Roehling is an Indiana Broadcast Pioneer honored by the Indiana Broadcaster’s Association and has owned radio stations throughout his long career. Roehling also managed radio station 88.7FM WICR, Indianpolis for many years as a professor with the University of Indianapolis. Roehling served on the board since Community Radio Partners Corporation’s inception in 2014.

Board member Randy Lawson nominated Jerry D. Curtis (pictured here) to assume the vacancy on the board – and the board unanimously accepted and confirmed that nomination.

Mr. Curtis is a broadcast veteran who has worked at radio stations in Chicago and Indianapolis including WNAP, WENS and WTPI. Mr. Curtis also has financial interests in commercial radio stations as well.

Curtis is currently heard during the  mid-day shift on RadioMom 91.1FM and 101.3FM, 10am-2pm Monday through Friday. Curtis has also been appointed as Operations Director for RadioMom operations as well.

In other board business, Mr Curtis offered and the board unanimously accepted a 30 thousand donation to Community Radio Partners Corporation for the furtherance of their work and for support of their broadcast infrastructure.
