Lebanon police officers assisting the Department of Child Services during a Sept. 1 home inspection in the 900 block of S. Coombs St., Lebanon, allegedly found small amounts of methamphetamine and marijuana in the residence. Court documents said four juveniles were living in the residence with their parents and a grandparent. After a search of the home, police arrested Shannon R. Schlatter, 39. Prosecutors charged Schlatter on Tuesday with possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
Schlatter faces a maximum of nearly seven years in prison, if convicted.
