Mrs. Doris Jean Limp, 91, of rural Lebanon, passed away Dec. 22, 2019, at her home.

Jeane, as she was known by her friends, was born Sept. 10, 1928, in Lebanon, IN, a daughter of the late Cleo and Florence (Hall) Kincaid. She married Hugo Limp on Feb. 13, 1949. He passed away on Aug. 23, 2014.

Jeane was a 1946 graduate from Lebanon High School and had lived her entire life in Boone County. She was a homemaker who loved her children and grandchildren. As an active member of Pleasant View Church, Jeane played the piano and organ, and served as a Sunday School teacher and Bible School teacher as well as the Superintendent and Deaconess.

Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Sue Limp Busch of Overland Park, KS; grandchildren, Angela Marie (Dusty Fisher) Busch and Kyle Matthew (Sarah) Busch of Olathe, KS.; great-grandchildren: Preston Shawn Hugo Fisher and Holden James Hugo Fisher of Overland Park; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Jeane was preceded in death by her son, Gerald L. Limp on Jan. 15, 2009 and her brother, Charles Kincaid in April of 1965.

Family and friends will gather Sat., Jan. 4, 2020, for visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
