More drug charges have been filed against a Frankfort man who was found June 6 asleep in a car parked near a rural Lebanon road.

It is the second drug-related arrest for Hemmerling in fewer than two weeks — and the second time a companion of his also was charged with a drug crime.

Benjamin I. Hemmerling, 29, and Dustin L. Williams, 29, Frankfort, were both charged with level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, after a June 19 traffic stop on Interstate 65 near the Lafayette Avenue/U.S. 52 interchange.
