Boone County prosecutors charged an Indianapolis man with dealing in a narcotic drug, a class 4 felony, after he allegedly repeatedly supplied a Lebanon couple with heroin. Court documents said Andre Johnson, 38, Indianapolis, became known to Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force when detectives initiated an investigation in July 2017.
Court documents said the investigation centered on Craig Lanham and Tiffany Martin, and that’s how detectives discovered Johnson. The investigation also utilized a confidential informant, according to the probable cause affidavit. Martin and Lanham live in the 300 block of West Walnut Street, the same address emergency personnel have been called to three times in the last 10 months on reports of someone overdosing.
