Fans will return to the stands of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this year. There will be up to 40-percent of the venue’s capacity allowed at the Indy 500. That means around 135-thousand fans after there were none last year. Fans will have their temperatures checked at public gate entry, will have to wear face coverings, and there will be spacing in the grandstands.
