On September 5, 2024, the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 200-Block of Main Avenue, which resulted in the arrest of Todd Swisher, 34, of Frankfort.This investigation began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received information from KiK Media Labs that an individual had been distributing Child Sexual Assault Material at this residence.
Swisher was arrested for Distribution of Child Exploitation Material, a Level 4 Felony and Distribution of an Intimate Image, a Class A Misdemeanor.
