On August 15, 2024, Frankfort Police attempted to arrest, 34-year-old Jonathan Worth of Frankfort, for a warrant in the 1600 Block of E McClurg St. Worth was wanted from a prior police pursuit that resulted in a serious injury crash on April 23, 2024.Once officers surrounded the house an attempt was made for Worth to come out. After a nearly fifty-minute negotiation, Worth would emerge and was arrested without further incident.
Multiple charges were filed by the Clinton County Prosecutor.
The most serious were: Resisting Law Enforcment with a Vehicle that causes Catastrophic Injury, a Level 3 Felony.
Causing Catastrophic Injury when Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, a Level 4 Felony.
Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle that causes Serious Injury, a Level 5 Felony.
