“America’s Cat Daddy” Jackson Galaxy is the featured speaker for the Humane Society for Boone County’s annual Fur Ball fundraiser on February 20, which is a Zoom virtual event this year due to coronavirus restrictions limiting large gatherings. Galaxy is the Animal Planet’s internationally known cat behavior specialist and host of the show “My Cat from Hell.” His presentation is exclusive to the VIP Viewing Pawty ticket holders, and begins online at 7 p.m. then is followed by the virtual Open House Pawty from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The Open House Pawty is free for anyone to join with registration. The Furbulous Online Auction of a variety of gift baskets and other unique items is available to anyone to bid on now through noon on February 21 via the Fur Ball registration link. Ticket options include the VIP Virtual Viewing Pawty for 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 people with the appropriate sized Virtual Viewing Pawty Kit at $50.00 for each attendee.
