Jeffrey Allen Medley, 48, passed away at Monday night, May 16, 2022, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born in Valparaiso, Indiana, on January 6, 1974, a son of Linda (Boy) Medley and the late Jon Mark Medley.
He was a 1992 graduate of Portage High School, 1996 graduate of Ball State University, and attained his master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2000.
Jeff was a dedicated teacher of high school science for 22 years. Most recently he had worked in the insurance industry.
He was a devoted father and loved his children more than anything. Jeff was an avid football fan, enjoyed playing video games, woodworking, and camping.
In addition to his mother, Linda Medley, Jeff leaves behind, three children, Mitchell Medley, Hannah Medley, and Ethan Medley all of Lebanon; and two brothers, Aaron (Rebecca) Medley of Valparaiso and Brian Medley of Houston, Texas.
Visitation is planned from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street in Lebanon, Indiana.
Private Graveside Services will be held at Mud Creek Cemetery, rural Boone County.
