Julie Ann Belcher, 58, passed away at home in Lebanon on September 30, 2019. She was born October 7, 1960, in Boone County, a daughter of Patricia Margaret (Sullivan) Belcher and the late Richard P. Belcher.
She was a 1979 graduate of Lebanon High School and attend IUPUI following high school. Julie retired from State of Indiana, where she worked many years as a payroll clerk.
Julie enjoyed reading, was an avid IU sports fan and enjoyed spending time with her girlfriends “the girls club”. She was a great friend to all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Funeral Services are planned for 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home. Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation arrangements.
