The Lebanon High School construction trades class is building more than a house in the Autumn Meadows subdivision this spring. The 24 young men are also building pride, experience and a future as they labor in morning and afternoon sections on the house at 731 Trillium Street.
Principal Kevin O’Rourke said this is the 13th house the LHS construction trades classes have built in Lebanon since the 2006-07 school year. When complete, instructor Ken Acton estimates it will sell for between $260,000 and $270,000 in a subdivision where homes routinely sell for more than $250,000. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
