Elmwood bridge that is to be replaced.
The City of Lebanon has been awarded a $315,300 Community Crossings grant from the Indiana Department of Transportation to replace the Elmwood bridge. This grant in conjunction with a grant last year for the Witt Road bridge replacement completes the cities “2 for 1” funding strategy. With the State’s assistance, the city of Lebanon will be able to replace both of these bridges for the price of one. Witt Road bridge construction will start this summer. Elmwood bridge will start in 2023.
