On Monday November 25, at approximately 6:44 PM, Lebanon Police, fire, and medics responded to the area of Camp St and Lafayette Ave on the report of a vehicle colliding with a bicycle. Arriving officers discovered a 16 y/o juvenile resident of
Lebanon, IN unconscious in the area of the crash. Medics transported the juvenile to an Indianapolis area hospital. The driver of the vehicle is a 19 y/o resident of Lebanon, IN and required no medical treatment on scene. The driver was transported to a local
hospital for a chemical test per Indiana law. The CRASH team is investigating the accident, and this is still an ongoing investigation.
