After a year’s hiatus due to a fire, Life Centers is re-opening their Lebanon location today during their Walk and Run For Life event at Memorial Park. The new Life Center is located at 1208 N. Lebanon St., across from Memorial Park. Life Centers Executive Director Tom Shevlot said the new center is being opened, in no small part, with help from local churches and community members who continue to support the Life Centers mission. The faith-based non-profit Life Centers was established in 1982. Life Centers has had a Boone County location for much of is history. The Boone County Life Center first opened two decades ago and has been serving local families ever since, with the exception of the past year.
