The Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Hoosier Contractors announces lighting work on the northwest side of Marion County.
Beginning on or after Monday, September 11, crews will have nightly lane closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the I-865 East to I-465 South and I-465 North to I-865 West ramps. These closures will allow crews to install temporary lighting poles and luminaries. This work is expected to be complete Friday, September 22, weather permitting.
INDOT reminds drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using caution and avoiding distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
