From the City of Lebanon Planning and Zoning Department, evaluations of the potential western and eastern bypass routes around the Eli Lilly site have been provided by the road and traffic engineering firms. In addition, there is also an exhibit comparing the two routes identifying adverse impacts associated with the route locations. This information will be presented to the City Council by the IEDC team at the Monday, February 13 meeting. Files are available under the ‘Witt Road Vacation Documents’ section.
