Mrs. Lucile Lorraine Perkins, 85, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Lebanon, Indiana on November 18, 1936; a daughter of the late Rilus and Dorothy (Fendley) Urban.
On May 23, 1953, Lorraine was married to Roscoe Jackson Perkins in Boone County. He passed away on October 13, 2020, and they shared 67 loving years together.
A life resident of Boone County, Lorraine was a graduate of Dover High School. She had worked for a period of time as the records supervisor for Economy Insurance in Lebanon.
Lorraine was a faithful member of New Brunswick Church of Christ in Boone County. She loved her family dearly and thought the world of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include her children: Janet D. Perkins of Lebanon and Ronald A. (Linda) Perkins of Pittsboro; grandchildren, Casey (fiancée, Abbey Devlin) Hall, Carrie (Steve) Daniel; great grandchildren, Mason Hall, Myah Hall, Aaron Daniel, Nora Daniel; brothers, James Urban, Robert Urban; sister, Donna Fischer; sister-in-law, Irene Urban.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Lorraine was preceded in death by a brother, George Urban, and three sisters, Norma Jean Lee, Peggy Skains and Linda Urban.
Visitation is planned from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022, at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Browns Wonder Cemetery in Lebanon.
