Local police shared information on a man who killed himself at the end of a standoff here with authorities investigating the murders of two Delphi girls. Paul Etter, 55, fatally shot himself in a field north of Lebanon on June 27 after a six-hour standoff with multiple police agencies from Boone and Tippecanoe counties. Etter was wanted on charges that he had kidnapped and raped a woman in Tippecanoe County on June 22. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
