A man was arrested on Interstate 65 early Wednesday morning after officers discovered nearly five pounds of methamphetamine in his car, which he said he’d been paid to pick up from “a Mexican” in Atlanta, Georgia.
Eric Bottoms, 47, of Monticello, is charged with dealing in 10 grams or more of methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; possession of 28 grams or more of methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
