Lebanon Police Department Chief Tyson Warmoth confirmed Wednesday afternoon that 19-year-old Zachariah Wright would be charged in relation to Sunday’s homicide and burglary in Lebanon, despite Wright’s public pleas claiming his innocence. Warmoth could not give exact charges yet, as detectives and prosecutors are “working closely together to develop a list.”

Warmoth said the department is now focusing “100 percent of its effort toward the person of interest,” the moniker police gave Wright when they asked him to come to the station for questioning Sunday afternoon.

Police still do not know the motive behind the killing of 73-year-old Robert Max Foster and the assault on his wife Sonja, 68, that took place in the early morning of Father’s Day.
