Debra Schmucker, president of Fishers-based Cornerstone Planning and Design Solutions, presented two master plans for the former Boone County Conservation Club at Wednesday night’s Lebanon’s park board meeting. Schmucker told those in attendance that the two plans were not exclusive, and elements from each may be used in the final rendition.
One of the most important aspects the park board has conveyed during the entirety of this process was to keep the land natural, as it’s been intended.
Parks Director John Messenger said a total cost that encapsulates all of the proposed additions hasn’t been formulated and there is no set date for the final plan to be unveiled. He cautiously estimated the execution of a final plan will take between three and five years and cost between $750,000 and $1 million. More details on this story is available in the Lebanon Reporter.
