(Lebanon, IN) — Two people are facing neglect charges after their 23-year-old son was taken to the hospital. Lloyd Maxwell and Bridget Toney were caring for their son Brandon, who has spina bifida. Police were called to a Lebanon home in April and found Brandon with open sores, covered in his own waste. Maxwell and Toney have initial hearings today.
