Patricia Margaret Belcher, 87, of Lebanon, passed away at Bell Trace Health & Living in Bloomington, Indiana on Friday, March 6, 2020. She was born October 16, 1932 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter of the late Walter D. and Margaret (Carpenter) Sullivan.
Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Pat graduated from Norwood High School in 1950.
On August 25, 1951, she was married to Richard P. Belcher at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Fayette, Indiana. He passed away June 15, 2000.
She worked many years as a secretary for Larr Equipment in Lebanon and also for Medi-Span in Indianapolis. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Lebanon where she served the church as a primary Sunday school teacher and sang in the church choir and the Ladies Trio. In addition, she enjoyed being a part of the Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary.
Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved her family dearly.
Survivors include three children, Melinda (Bill) Harvey of Spencer, Indiana, Steven (Joyce) Belcher of Avon, Indiana, and James (Libby) Belcher of San Diego, California; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Pat was preceded in death by a daughter, Julie Anne Belcher, and a brother, David Sullivan.
Funeral Services are planned for 12:00 p.m. noon on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon.
Entombment will follow services at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown, Indiana.
