Patsy Ann (Davis) Thomerson, 78, passed away early Tuesday morning, May 10, 2022, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Frankfort, Indiana, on February 16, 1944, the daughter of the late William Davis and Martha (Reagan) Caldwell.

A life resident of Boone County, Patsy was a 1962 graduate of Thorntown High School. She managed McClure’s Gas Station for many years. She was a faithful member of the Mechanicsburg Christian Church and held auxiliary memberships with the VFW Post 910, Moose Lodge 1269, Fraternal Order of Eagles #2062, and the American Legion Post 113.

Patsy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved her family dearly. In the springtime, she loved to go mushroom hunting.

Survivors include children, Kim Summers of Lebanon and Bill (Penny) Thomerson of Thorntown; grandchildren, Brandon Harris, Brandy Harris, Chris Summers, Nikki Summers, Pary Huckleberry, Pate Thomerson, and Paige Thomerson; thirteen great grandchildren; and a brother, Bill (Barbara) Davis of Newark, Delaware.

In addition to her father and mother, Patsy was preceded in death by a daughter, Shellie Weaver, and the father she called dad, Robert Caldwell.

Funeral Services are planned for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at the Mechanicsburg Christian Church, with Pastor Andrew Ramey officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of services. Interment will follow at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown. Myers Mortuary in Lebanon has been entrusted with her care.

Memorials may be directed in Patsy’s memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
