Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that left a woman in critical condition. The vehicles collided head-on in the eastbound lanes of Sagamore Parkway in West Lafayette on Monday. Police say a pickup truck lost control, crossed the center median, and hit an SUV. The driver of the SUV is in the hospital in critical but stable condition, while her husband is hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The couple’s two dogs died in the crash. The pickup truck driver suffered minor injuries.
