Indiana Department of Transportation workers continue progress on the bridge replacement in Mechanicburg with some foundation work completed and decking soon to follow. Robert Manning lives near the site of construction and took a moment to take a few shots to give us an update. Things are looking good and crews are on target to complete the bridge replacement by this November.
