It’s that time of year again! The Clinton County Civic Theatre Scholarship Committee is looking for Clinton County graduating seniors entering the field of theatre or performing arts. This includes but is not limited to theatre, television, music, or radio in either the area of performance or production.If you know a Clinton County high school senior who fits the criteria, spread the word!
