One felony and two misdemeanor charges against Mitchel Shue, 26, Thorntown, have been dismissed and then refiled as a separate case.
Shue, and Miranda Roberts, 25, are charged with murder in the January 2016 death of their 2-month-old son. Their trial is set to begin July 31 in Circuit Court.
The refiled counts are level 6 felony maintaining a common nuisance, class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana and class C misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. They were originally filed Jan. 28, 2016, when Shue was also charged with level 1 felony neglect of a dependent causing death. More details are available in the Lebanon Reporter.
