Lebanon resident Don Steffy has been picked by the Indianapolis Ballet board to be its first-ever executive director. Steffy will be responsible for a majority of the fundraising for the school and the company, as well as promoting the organization. Previously, Steffy was the executive director for the Indianapolis Children’s Choir for 13 years after a decade-long appointment as the director of the Pike Performing Arts Center at Pike High School. Before moving to Indiana, Steffy was the artistic director for the Montgomery Ballet in Alabama. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
