Now through Wednesday crews from the Center Township Fire Department and the City of Lebanon Fire Department are meeting to review the new response protocol for CTFD returning to City of Lebanon fire and rescue emergency calls for service. The meeting was led by LFD Deputy Chief of Operations Robert Wirey. Deputy Chief Wirey and CTFD Deputy Chief Mark Brown have worked together to create an operational plan that integrates CTFD back into emergency responses for the City of Lebanon. The operational plan addresses the Center Township Fire Department staffing concerns. While CTFD cannot currently guarantee three Firefighters on an Engine Company the operational plan makes accommodations for the greater good.
