Frankfort, IN — The Farmers Bank is opening a loan production office in Hamilton County on January 15, 2022, announced Karen F. Gregerson, President and CEO. The office, located at 11350 N Meridian Street, Suite 400, in Carmel, will provide business and consumer lending services.
“As people have heard about the quality and responsiveness of our team’s approach to community banking, we’ve seen a significant increase in business from Hamilton County,” Gregerson noted. “At the same time, The Farmers Bank is welcoming a growing number of employees who live in Hamilton County. Having an office in Carmel gives them greater flexibility to work closer to home.”
In recent years, The Farmers Bank has responded to market demand by expanding its footprint in the northern part of central Indiana. “The Carmel loan office will help us fill in our growing presence in Hamilton County, making it easier for us to support the area’s economy,” Gregerson said. “As a community bank, we’ve always been focused on investing in the needs of local businesses and residents.”
Gregerson added that the bank’s long-term strategy remains centered upon its longtime home in Clinton County and branching out to nearby counties in Indiana. “Our roots are in Frankfort and the surrounding communities we’ve proudly served for decades,” she explained. “It’s where our corporate values and our approach to business are rooted, and it’s where our main office will remain. As we explore opportunities to serve more businesses and individuals in surrounding areas, we’ll never lose sight of the people and communities behind our success.”
