Teams with the National Weather Service are expected out in Montgomery County today to survey the damage from yesterday’s ‘large and damaging’ tornado. The tornado hit about 7:30 p.m. between Veedersburg and Waynetown. The local fire chief says there are no reports of any injuries, but the storm that produced the tornado did flood parts of Waynetown.
