Workers partially blocked Ransdell Road south of Ind. 32 Tuesday while they repaired pavement along the proposed Lebanon Gateway Marketplace. Most of the underground infrastructure work on the 25 acres is complete, developer Brent Benge, president and CEO of KennMar, said. His crews have installed new sewer, gas and water lines and electrical service to all seven lots on the southeast side of the Interstate 65 and Indiana 32 interchange.
