After a summer of stalled talks, Zionsville’s town-driven plans for a potential Kroger development are now moving forward.
The bankruptcy and closure of Marsh over the summer postponed talks about for the development at the intersection of U.S. 421 and 146th Street. The plan would bring a Kroger store and gas station to the intersection. Kroger purchased leases on the two Marsh stores at Boone Village and on Michigan Road in June. At that time, a Kroger spokesperson said they were still interested in the acreage at 146th Street.
