Operations at 9-1-1 dispatch centers in six Indiana counties have been restored after a temporary outage yesterday. The Indiana Statewide 911 Board said just after 8:30 p.m. that the services were again working in Boone, Grant, Hancock, Lawrence, Madison, and Shelby counties. Officials had recommended people in those counties text 9-1-1 if they needed help last evening before the repairs were made.
