Dorothy Jean McWhirt, 83, of Kirklin, Indiana, passed away on November 26, 2019 at Harbour Manor in Noblesville. She was born in Kentucky on January 18, 1936, a daughter of the late Joseph Roscoe and Colletta “Lettie” (Clements) Summers.
Dorothy was an active member of the Kirklin American Legion Auxiliary # 310.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Katrina Myers, Christina Myers and Garrett Evans; twelve siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2019, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation is planned from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home in Lebanon.
Interment will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Myers Mortuary to assist the family with funeral expenses or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
