Lebanon Community School Corporation is proud to announce that Mr. Frank Meyer has been selected as the new principal of Lebanon High School. The LCSC Board of Trustees voted unanimously to hire Meyer at their regular meeting on May 16.

Meyer most recently served as principal of Tecumseh Junior High School in Lafayette. Before moving to Lafayette, he served thirteen years as an assistant principal and five years as an English teacher at Avon High School. Meyer’s career prior to education was in the field of communications where he primarily worked in television and print media as a researcher.

Meyer earned his Bachelor of Arts in mass communication from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, a Master of Education Administration and Leadership from Ball State University, and was awarded the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship to earn a Master of Business Administration in Education degree from the University of Indianapolis.

Superintendent Dr. Jon Milleman is pleased to welcome Meyer to Lebanon Community School Corporation. “Mr. Meyer will lean on his broad range of experiences to improve on our already strong programming at LHS. Milleman told the LCSC Board of Trustees, adding, “We are very excited for Mr. Meyer to officially join our team of dedicated and talented school leaders.”

LHS students and families can meet Mr. Meyer on Thursday, June 8 from 5-8 p.m. in the LHS Cafeteria.
