A Lebanon woman was one of two people to die in vehicle crashes in Boone County on Friday morning. Samantha D. Vickery, 50, of Lebanon was driving a car that was found crashed into a tree and on fire at about 11:30 a.m. on the east side of 132 Ulen Blvd. Rescuers broke a passenger-side window and pulled Vickery from the car. They attempted CPR and an automatic defibrillator, but Vickery was pronounced dead at Witham Hospital a short time later. More details found in the Lebanon Reporter.
