Allison Lea McGaha, 65, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born March 8, 1957, in Columbus, Indiana, a daughter of the late Eugene and Janet (Trammel) McGaha.

She was married to Matt Zander and later divorced.

Raised in the Kokomo area, Allison was a graduate of Western High School and attended John Herron School of Art in Indianapolis. Following school, Allison served her country honorably in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic. She worked as a cashier at Kroger in Lebanon where she retired. She later worked part-time at Tractor Supply during her retirement.

Allison had a passion for art. She loved drawing and painting in her free time. This was a passion that has been passed on to her daughter and granddaughter.

Survivors include her daughter, Lainie M. (Adam) Norman of Wichita Falls, Texas; two grandchildren; Vincent and Hadley Norman; three sisters: Lynn McGaha of Kokomo, Tina McGaha of Fort Myers, Florida, and Terra McGaha of Fort Myers, Florida.

Funeral Services are planned for 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services.
Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation arrangements following services.

Memorials may be made in Allison’s memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
