The Thorntown Advisory Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Application PUD-01-2022 on Monday, December 12, at 6:00 PM in the Thorntown Public Library, 124 N Market St., Thorntown. The application submitted by Arbor Homes requests a.) rezoning of the real estate from no zoning to Residential/Planned Unit Development (R/PUD) zoning district; b.) adoption of a planned unit development ordinance for a single-family residential subdivision named Westfall Place; and c) adoption of a preliminary plan. The said real estate is approximately 53 acres and includes several parcels in Thorntown and/or the Sugar Creek township.
