James Hughes of Zionsville has been charged with murder in connection to a body found in a wooded area near Zionsville Town Hall and the Big Four Rail Trail. Zionsville police arrested Hughes, 23, on a warrant for murder just after 5 p.m. Wednesday. He was being held without bond in the Boone County Jail. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
