Police have identified the driver killed in a car accident near the Love’s Truck Stop, 4155 S Indianapolis Rd., in Whitestown early Sunday morning. Boone County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Chris Burcham sent out a release identifying the man as Antonio A. Barragan, 28, of Jeffersonville.
