John D. Baldwin Sr., one of the men who fled police with the man accused of killing a Boone County Sheriff’s deputy in March, was charged this week with intimidation and possession of a narcotic drug, heroin.  He was charged Monday with intimidation after a man said Baldwin, 55, threatened to cut his throat and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was found in a Lebanon motel room Wednesday, sleeping next to 1.1 grams of heroin wrapped in six foil packets, Lebanon Police Officer Justin Knox reported.  More information is available at the Lebanon Reporter website.
